How
do I return a Free Preview Book Offer?
We want you to be completely
satisfied with any book you order from us, and all are backed by our No
Risk Guarantee. If, after previewing the book, you
decide to return it, just follow the simple steps under our Easy
Returns - there's no muss, no fuss, no risk - we'll
even pay the return postage!
What if
a product arrives damaged?
Report any damaged
or defective shipments to our Customer Service Department via any of the
methods listed above. We'll initiate your claim and arrange to have the
product returned to us, at no cost to you.
You must hold the original
box, packing materials and damaged merchandise, or the carrier will not
honor the claim.
What if
I'm not satisfied with one of your products?
If any* one of our products
fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for
a replacement, exchange, or refund (excluding delivery charges) for up
to 90 days following receipt of the item. Returns made after 90 days will
only be exchanged for the same item. Please follow the return instructions
on the back of your invoice.
*DVDs
are not returnable unless defective.
What if
I've already paid for or returned the book or product, and then get another
bill in the mail?
Just mark "Paid"
or "Returned" on the invoice, return it to us, and we'll take care
of the rest.

location. While we are pleased to answer any questions you may have concerning
any of our products or books, we're sorry, but we're unable to provide
answers to individual requests about general lawn or garden care.

AVAILABILITY
Most of
our products are in stock and readily available. When an item is no longer
available, it will be removed from the web site as soon as possible. If
your order includes one or more items that are no longer available, your
credit card will not be charged for them, and you will be notified by
email. If a product is out of stock, or is unavailable for sale in your
state, a customer service representative will notify you via phone or
e-mail.
To keep our prices low and to offer you the best possible deals, most
of our larger products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These
products are usually shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of your
order, but because they are not leaving our warehouse, delivery may take
2-3 weeks.

on the chart below. Our shipping and processing charge is intended to
compensate our company for the services we provide, which enable you to

have purchased, delivering them to you and/or to the recipients you designate,
processing returns, and overhead costs associated with these services.

shipped standard ground delivery. Most non-book products are shipped from
our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours, but please allow 5-12 business days
for delivery. Most of our larger products are shipped directly from the
manufacturer. When this is the case, the product is usually shipped within
48 to 72 hours of receipt of your order, but because they are not leaving
our warehouse, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Our books,
DVDs, and Special Reports may be available for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii,

SHIPPING
& PROCESSING FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
In placing
your order, you hereby authorize Jerry Baker to appoint a Canadian customs
broker to act on your behalf to obtain customs clearance of your merchandise
and remit applicable duties and taxes to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
Amounts received by Jerry Baker for duties and taxes are accepted on your
behalf, for the broker.
In returning merchandise to our Canada address, you irrevocably authorize
the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duties and taxes to
Canada Customs and Revenue Agency on your behalf and to receive, endorse,
and deposit all such refunds. Jerry Baker will refund the purchase price
together with the duties and taxes directly to you, our customer.
At this time, we offer our books and Hose-End Sprayers for shipping into
Canada.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post/United States Postal Service. Please
allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

MANUFACTURERS'
WARRANTIES
Shop with confidence:
Because Jerry Baker is an Authorized Retailer for every product we sell,
any limited warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when you purchase
it from us. It is important to thoroughly understand your product's warranty!
A free copy of the manufacturer's limited warranty may be obtained by
writing to: Warranty Information, Jerry Baker, P.O. Box 805, New Hudson,
MI 48165.
Please contact the appropriate manufacturer directly for all warranty
and repair issues. Most manufacturers' warranties are "over-the-counter"
warranties. This means that if something should go wrong with the unit,
the purchaser is responsible for transporting it to and from the manufacturer.
We recommend shipping via insured UPS or FedEx and calling the appropriate
manufacturer prior to shipping any merchandise to obtain any required
Return Authorization or Service Authorization numbers for your warranty
or service claim. Jerry Baker does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties
in any way and is not authorized by any manufacturers to perform any warranty
claim or service. |
